Build and launch
your next product

Turn your idea into a working product fast. ATO combines AI agents, workflow automation and ready-to-use infrastructure so you can launch, test and improve an MVP or SaaS in around 10 minutes instead of spending weeks on setup.

From idea to working MVP in about 10 minutes

Most early products do not fail because the idea is bad. They stall because the first weeks go into setup: servers, sign-in, payments, schedulers, logging and dashboards. ATO ships those pieces ready to use, so the first ten minutes go into the part only you can do — describing what your product should do.

  1. Minutes 0–2

    Describe the job

Write down, in plain Vietnamese or English, what your product does for a customer: what comes in, what should happen, and what the customer should get back. A lead form that gets enriched and routed to sales, a daily price check across several websites, a report built from a spreadsheet and sent every morning — each fits in a few sentences.

  2. Minutes 2–5

    Turn it into a workflow

Open the drag-and-drop editor and lay the job out as steps: open a web page, read a value, call an HTTP API, run a short JavaScript snippet, drive a Windows app or an Android device. Each step shows its inputs and outputs, so you can see exactly where data flows instead of reading a long script.

  3. Minutes 5–8

Run it and watch it live

Press run. The web control plane streams every step as it happens over WebSockets: what is running, what finished, what failed and why. Fix a step, run again, and repeat until the output is what a real customer would expect. Nothing needs to be deployed between tries.

  4. Minutes 8–10

Put it in front of users

Schedule it, trigger it from an event, or start it remotely on one or many machines. Usage-based billing is already wired in through the credit wallet, and every run leaves a history you can show to a customer or an investor. That is your first working version — the MVP.

Ten minutes is a realistic target for a first, focused version of one job — not for a finished company. What it gives you is something more valuable than a slide: a product people can actually try, so the next decision is based on real usage instead of guesses.

MVP first, SaaS when it works

The same workflow grows with you. You do not rebuild when an experiment turns into a business.

What you get on day one

A working flow that does one useful job end to end, a live view of each run, a run history and a way to charge for usage. This is enough to put the product in front of the first ten users, collect feedback and see which parts they actually use. Keep it small on purpose: an MVP exists to answer a question, not to impress.

What you add as it grows

Schedules and event triggers for repeat work, more machines when one is no longer enough, remote commands to manage them centrally, and shared documentation for your team and customers using the built-in Markdown editor with publishable links. The product becomes a SaaS without a rewrite — the workflow you tested on day one is the one that keeps running.

When to stop and rethink

If nobody uses the first version after a few days, that is a cheap and useful answer. Because the setup cost was minutes rather than weeks, you can change the idea, rebuild the flow and try again the same afternoon. Fast, honest feedback is the real point of building an MVP this way.

When to bring in AI

Start with clear, rule-based steps you can verify. Add AI steps where rules break down: reading messy documents, classifying free-text requests, summarising long logs. Claude-powered steps are on our roadmap for exactly these cases, so you add intelligence where it pays off, not everywhere at once.

About us

Many small and mid-sized teams still run their day on manual, copy-paste processes across many machines and spreadsheets. Our mission is to make automation and data-driven decisions accessible and affordable for them: define a workflow once, run it reliably everywhere, monitor it live and pay only for what you use.

The ATO platform has been live since our first user sign-ups in September 2025 and has 489 registered users as of October 2026.

What ATO does

Three pillars, one goal: less manual work, more measurable results.

Workflow automation

Turn repetitive operational steps into workflows that run on schedule or on events, with logs and status reporting.

Real-time monitoring

A web control plane connected to every client over WebSockets: live job progress, remote commands and alerts — no page reloads.

Pay per use

Customers top up in VND and spend credits per workflow run, with a transparent transaction history.

Who builds with ATO

Teams that know exactly what needs to happen, but do not want to spend weeks on plumbing to make it happen.

Founders testing an idea

You have a hypothesis and a short runway. Build the core job as a workflow, give it to a handful of users this week and learn whether it is worth more of your time — before hiring or raising money.

Small operations teams

Daily copy-paste between websites, spreadsheets and internal tools adds up to hours. Turn those routines into scheduled flows with logs, so the team reviews results instead of producing them by hand.

Agencies and freelancers

Deliver automation to clients as a service. Run flows on many machines from one control plane, show each client a clear run history, and bill by actual usage instead of guessing a fixed monthly fee.

Sales and marketing ops

Collect leads, check and enrich data, keep CRM records tidy and send follow-ups on time. Each step is visible, so when a number looks wrong you can see which run produced it and why.

Online sellers

Track prices and stock across marketplaces, update listings and prepare daily reports. Browser and Android automation cover the platforms that do not offer a convenient API.

Property and location research

Combine workflow automation with Nhà Siêu Tốt's map-first data to compare areas, follow market prices and shortlist locations for a home, an investment or a new shop.

Nhà Siêu Tốt — real-estate map

Nhà Siêu Tốt ("Super Good Homes") is a map-first real-estate platform for Vietnam. Instead of scrolling endless listings, users explore the market by location: see market prices on the map, review neighbourhoods and nearby amenities, and track buying, selling and rental opportunities in real time. Small businesses also use it to evaluate locations before opening a shop.

How the platform fits together

Four parts, designed to work as one. You do not need to assemble or host any of them yourself.

1. The desktop runner

The ATO app runs on Windows, close to the work: it opens browsers, controls desktop applications and talks to Android devices. Because it runs on machines you choose, flows can reach tools and accounts that a cloud-only service cannot, and each machine can run its own jobs in parallel.

2. The web control plane

Every runner keeps a live WebSocket connection to the web portal. From one browser tab you see which machines are online, follow job progress step by step, send remote commands and get alerts when something fails — without refreshing the page or logging in to each machine.

3. The credit wallet

Customers top up in VND and spend credits per workflow run. Every top-up and every charge appears in a transparent transaction history. For you, this means usage-based pricing is ready from the first user; for your customers, it means they only pay for work that actually ran.

4. Docs and sharing

A built-in Markdown editor keeps instructions, runbooks and product notes next to the workflows they describe. Publish a page with a share link when a customer or teammate needs it, and keep it up to date in the same place you maintain the product.

Control, safety and transparency

Automation is only useful if you can trust it. A flow that silently does the wrong thing is worse than no flow at all. That is why visibility and control are built into every layer of ATO rather than added later.

  • Every run is recorded. Each execution keeps its status, timing and step-by-step log, so you can answer "what happened?" with evidence instead of memory.
  • You stay in the loop. Stop a job, change it and run it again from the control plane at any time. Remote commands go only to machines you have connected.
  • Agents ask before acting. In Agent Team IDE, a local Gateway enforces approval gates: an AI agent must ask before it edits files or runs commands on your machine.
  • Clear billing. Credits are charged per run and listed in your transaction history. There are no hidden charges for runs you did not start.
  • Your data, handled carefully. We process personal data in line with applicable law. Read our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for the details.

Building with Claude

Claude is our primary AI model — today for building our products, and next inside them:

  • Natural-language workflow authoring — describe a task in Vietnamese or English and Claude drafts the workflow.
  • Agentic workflow steps — Claude with tool use reads, classifies and acts on documents and data instead of brittle scripted rules.
  • Run summaries & failure diagnosis — Claude explains what happened in a job and suggests fixes from logs.
  • Real-estate insights — summarising listings and neighbourhood reviews on Nhà Siêu Tốt into clear, location-aware answers.

Frequently asked questions

Can I really build an MVP in 10 minutes?

For a focused first version of one job, yes — that is what the platform is designed for. The infrastructure that usually takes weeks (runners, live monitoring, run history, usage billing) already exists, so your time goes into describing and testing the workflow. A bigger product is built the same way, one tested job at a time.

Do I need to know how to code?

No. Most flows are built by dragging steps in the editor and filling in their settings. If you do write code, JavaScript steps and HTTP API calls let you go further without leaving the workflow.

What can a workflow control?

Web browsers, Windows desktop applications and Android devices, plus any service that offers an HTTP API. One flow can combine all of them — for example, read data from a website, enter it into a desktop app and send a summary to an API.

Where do my workflows run?

On the Windows machines where you install the ATO app. You manage all of them together from the web control plane, which shows live progress and lets you send commands to one machine or many.

How does pricing work?

ATO is usage-based. You top up your credit wallet in VND and credits are spent per workflow run. Every transaction is listed in your history, so you always know what you paid for.

How do I turn an MVP into a SaaS?

Keep the same workflow and add what a real service needs: schedules or event triggers, more machines, documentation for your users and usage-based billing through the credit wallet. There is no separate "production" rebuild.

Where does AI come in?

We use Claude today to build our products, and we are bringing it into them: drafting workflows from a plain-language description, adding AI steps that read and classify documents, and explaining failed runs from their logs. See the roadmap above.

What is Agent Team IDE, and when can I use it?

It is a Windows IDE with a built-in team of AI agents — planner, researcher, coder, tester and reviewer — coordinated by an Orchestrator, with approval gates before any change. It is in private development; contact us if you would like to hear when it opens.
